　　歌帝梵巧克力创建于一九八三年，是比利时的巧克力品牌，发展几十年，品牌在全世界都开始闻名了，GODIVA(歌帝梵)臻献经典产品系列，由比利时巧克力大师亲自遴选，搜寻过去60年间牵动心怀的美味巧克力，呈上逾越了时间长廊的精粹之选，尊贵稀有，值得巧克力爱好者珍藏品鉴。歌帝梵巧克力产品分布于，主要生产线在比利时及美国。

　　ROYCE' was founded in Sapporo in 1983. Through acquiring the best techniques and enriching our experience, we are able to make chocolate of world-class quality in Hokkaido where the climate and the clean air are ideal for making confections. The fundamental principle of Royce' has been and will always be the painstaking sourcing of high quality ingredients.

　　Because of increasing demand, over the course of time Royce' began taking telephone orders from customers from outside of Hokkaido. Customers' names and addresses were recorded by hand and their orders were sent one by one from our factory. That was the beginning of our mail order system.

　　When we started to bake cookies at a small factory, the smell of fresh-baked sweets tempted and attracted the neiors. A table was put in front of the factory and cookies were sold. That was the beginning of the direct management stores.

　　Looking back, the history of Royce' has been based upon the support of many people.

　　Today Royce' chocolate is enjoyed not only by the locals of Hokkaido, but by chocolate lovers from all across the world.

　　We will continue to make world-class chocolate by observing our fundamental principle and pressing forward with our challenging creative spirit.

　　甄别的方法：

　　感官指标：

　　色香味：色泽鲜明均匀一致，符合该品种应有的色泽，分别有

　　1.白巧克力，大概成份为可口奶油，牛奶奶油，糖份组成。

　　2.黑巧克力，有人习惯称呼为纯巧克力，色泽呈现深咖啡色，法国人习惯以黑色包装条块的产品。用以分辨黑色包装的产品即为黑巧克力。

　　3.牛奶巧克力，黑巧克力加入少许牛奶，色泽就变淡一些，香味纯净，符合该品种应有的香气，口味和顺适中。

　　形态：块形端正，边缘整齐，无缺角裂缝，表面光滑，纹路清晰，大小均匀，薄厚一致。

　　组织：表面有光泽，剖面紧密，无1毫米以上孔洞，口感细腻滑润，不糊舌沾口;包装：包装紧密不松，无破损，标识与内容相符。

　　重量指标：

　　符合包装标识注明的重量。

　　理化指标：

　　水分：小于1%，细度在20-35μm之间。

　　卫生指标：

　　铜含量小于10 mg/kg，铅含量小于1.0 mg/kg，砷含量小于0.5 mg/kg，细菌总数小于5000个/g。致病菌，不得检出。苹果酸钠小于600 mg/kg，单硬脂酸甘油酯小于6000 mg/kg，虫胶小于200 mg/kg。
